Policies and Regulations

We at Tsiaw My Waist Body Contouring located at Kavannah’s Beauty Bar have the right to refuse service in the following situations:

• When a customer has been, or is being disruptive

• When a customer harass our employees or other customers

• When there are safety concerns

• When we know someone can’t or won’t pay

• When a customer is intoxicated

• When we need to protect another customer’s privacy

Payments

• We continue to accepts for services and products by cash and credit card payments

• If you are paying for a package deal, payments are due on the day of the service the technicians say. Failure to pay by that session date will terminate package deal pricing. You will then be charged per session depending on session amount received.

• If you were paying payments on a special and do not fully pay by the date of the special ends, the special is void. You will be charged regular pricing.

• If purchase a package deal you have six months to finish the package. Failure to do so will void you package.

• If purchasing a package deal and you made a payment and stop the sessions and payments, that package deal will voided. You will need to do a new package deal and the old pricing (if pricing increase) will not be granted.

• We continue to permit a 7% sales tax of all services and to be obtained with cash or card payments.

• If appointment time and date is not cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours prior to appointment time and date the $20 cancellation fee will be charged and/or appointment deposits is non-refundable. After two cancellations and no full payment of package deal is made, the package deal will be void. Another deposit is required to set another appointment.
