Refunds, Exchanges & Shipping:


Make sure to review the size chart before ordering. All products have a size chart on the product page. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON UNDERGARMENTS DUE TO HEALTH AND HYGIENE REASONS.  If you return these items on your own, you will not be refunded. We cannot accept them.  If you need to return other items, you must email TMW within 72 hours of receiving the item to arrange return.  The customer is responsible for return shipping.  Your purchase will be refunded less the shipping charge. Sales receipt is required upon return to receive credit or exchange.

Clearance

There are no exchanges or refunds on clearance items. All sales are final.

If you experience discomfort, discontinue use immediately.  Order within the size chart. Ordering extremely small or reducing your waist extremely small is not recommended and can be dangerous.

Store Credit

Our policy lasts 72 hours after receipt. If 72 hours have passed since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.   We can offer you a store credit.  The customer is responsible for return shipping.  Your credit will be for the amount of the order less the shipping charge. Please email [email protected] with your order number and tracking of the returned garment. Upon receipt, the garment will be inspected and must be in the same condition as received to be issued a store credit. Store credit expires 90 days of aging.

Returns

Our policy lasts 72 hours after receipt. If 72 hours have passed since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  See the Store Credit policy above. If you are within the 72 hour period, you may be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition and packaging that you received it. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. All undergarments may not be returned. Please order the correct size according to the size chart. Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed less the shipping fee, and your payment will automatically be refunded to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at ts[email protected]

Sale Items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale and clearance items cannot be refunded.

Shipping:
We ship Monday – Friday. Items are shipped per the shipping method chosen at checkout. Tracking emails are sent at the time of shipment. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update with the carrier.
